{"id":17,"date":"2026-07-02T21:23:09","date_gmt":"2026-07-02T21:23:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/oconeelocksmith.com\/?page_id=17"},"modified":"2026-07-02T21:23:09","modified_gmt":"2026-07-02T21:23:09","slug":"terms-of-service","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/oconeelocksmith.com\/?page_id=17","title":{"rendered":"Terms Of Service"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TERMS OF SERVICE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Oconee Locksmith LLC<\/strong><br>DBA <strong>Oconee Locksmith<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Oconee Locksmith LLC DBA Oconee Locksmith<\/strong><br>Phone: <strong>864-638-1050<\/strong><br>Email: <strong><a>mylocksmith@pm.me<\/a><\/strong><br>Website: <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.oconeelocksmith.com\">www.oconeelocksmith.com<\/a><\/strong><br><strong>Service Area:<\/strong> South Carolina &amp; Georgia, including Oconee County and surrounding areas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms of Service govern all locksmith, lockout, rekeying, lock repair, lock replacement, key duplication, lock installation, and related locksmith services provided by <strong>Oconee Locksmith LLC<\/strong>, doing business as <strong>Oconee Locksmith<\/strong> (\u201cCompany,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d or \u201cour\u201d), to the customer (\u201cCustomer,\u201d \u201cyou,\u201d or \u201cyour\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By requesting, scheduling, authorizing, accepting, or paying for services from Oconee Locksmith, you agree to these Terms of Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Scope of Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oconee Locksmith provides locksmith services, which may include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Residential lockout services;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commercial lockout services;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automotive lockout services;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rekeying locks;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lock repair;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lock replacement;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deadbolt installation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Key duplication;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lock hardware installation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Master key systems, when available;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emergency locksmith services;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safe opening or safe-related locksmith services, when offered;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>General lock and key services.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oconee Locksmith reserves the right to refuse any service that is unsafe, unlawful, outside the scope of our qualifications, outside the scope of our business services, or inconsistent with professional locksmith standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Services Not Provided<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oconee Locksmith does <strong>not<\/strong> perform alarm work, burglar alarm work, fire alarm work, security monitoring, surveillance camera installation, security-system installation, security-system monitoring, or electronic security-system contracting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not represent ourselves as an alarm company, security-system company, monitoring company, surveillance company, or fire\/burglar alarm contractor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any request involving alarm systems, monitored security systems, surveillance systems, fire alarm systems, or similar regulated systems must be handled by a properly qualified and authorized provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Proof of Authorization and Identity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before opening, rekeying, repairing, replacing, bypassing, or modifying any lock, door, vehicle, safe, gate, cabinet, mailbox, or secured area, Oconee Locksmith may require proof that you have legal authority to request the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acceptable proof may include, but is not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Government-issued photo identification;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vehicle registration;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insurance card;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lease agreement;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utility bill;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business authorization;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Property management authorization;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Written authorization from the owner, landlord, manager, or authorized representative;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Law enforcement, sheriff\u2019s office, court, or eviction documentation, where applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oconee Locksmith may refuse service if proof of identity or authorization is not satisfactory. You agree that you are responsible for providing truthful and accurate information regarding your ownership, possession, tenancy, employment authority, or legal right to access the property, vehicle, safe, lock, or secured area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Customer Representations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By requesting service from Oconee Locksmith, you represent and warrant that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are the lawful owner, tenant, driver, occupant, manager, agent, employee, or otherwise authorized person with legal authority to request the service;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The requested service is not for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purpose;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will not use our services to gain unauthorized access to any property, vehicle, safe, building, room, cabinet, mailbox, gate, or restricted area;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All information you provide to us is true, complete, and accurate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You agree to hold Oconee Locksmith harmless from claims, damages, disputes, or losses arising from false, misleading, incomplete, or unauthorized service requests.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Estimates, Pricing, and Service Calls<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices may vary depending on the service requested, time of day, location, lock type, vehicle type, hardware type, urgency, labor required, parts required, and job complexity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless otherwise stated in writing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A service call fee may apply for dispatch, travel, inspection, and evaluation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emergency, after-hours, weekend, holiday, or same-day services may carry additional charges;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quoted prices may change if the actual work conditions differ from the information provided by the Customer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional labor, parts, drilling, replacement hardware, high-security locks, restricted keyways, damaged locks, seized locks, specialty locks, or specialty tools may increase the final price;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estimates are not binding unless expressly stated in writing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oconee Locksmith will make reasonable efforts to explain pricing before work begins. By authorizing the work, you agree to pay all charges for labor, service calls, parts, materials, taxes, surcharges, and other applicable fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Payment Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless other written arrangements have been made before work begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oconee Locksmith may accept payment by cash, credit card, debit card, electronic payment, business check, or another approved payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returned checks, declined payments, chargebacks, unpaid invoices, or disputed payments for completed services may result in additional fees, collection costs, interest, attorney\u2019s fees, and refusal of future service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For commercial accounts, payment terms may be stated separately in a written service agreement, invoice, work order, or account agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Deposits and Special-Order Parts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oconee Locksmith may require a deposit before ordering special parts, restricted key systems, commercial locksets, electronic lock hardware, safes, or custom materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deposits for special-order, custom, electronic, or non-returnable parts may be non-refundable once the order has been placed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Cancellations and No-Show Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may cancel a scheduled appointment by contacting Oconee Locksmith as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A cancellation fee or service call fee may apply if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A technician has already been dispatched;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Customer is not present at the service location;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Customer cannot provide proof of authorization;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Customer refuses service after arrival;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Customer provided an incorrect address, phone number, or access information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The technician is unable to safely or lawfully complete the service due to circumstances caused by the Customer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Emergency Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emergency service availability is not guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estimated arrival times are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, weather, distance, technician availability, job complexity, road conditions, law enforcement activity, or other circumstances beyond our control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oconee Locksmith is not liable for delays in arrival or delays in completion of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Vehicle Lockout Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For vehicle lockout services, the Customer must provide proof of authority to access the vehicle. Oconee Locksmith may require government-issued identification and proof of ownership, registration, insurance, rental agreement, or other authorization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You acknowledge that some vehicles contain advanced locking systems, airbags, weatherstripping, alarms, anti-theft systems, electronic modules, aftermarket equipment, or other sensitive components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While Oconee Locksmith uses reasonable care, you agree that we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn parts, malfunctioning locks, defective keys, damaged weatherstripping, prior attempted entry damage, aftermarket equipment, or electronic system issues not caused by our negligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Residential and Commercial Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For residential and commercial properties, the Customer must provide proof of authority before Oconee Locksmith opens, rekeys, repairs, or replaces locks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For rental properties, landlord-tenant disputes, evictions, domestic disputes, business ownership disputes, employee terminations, or access disputes, Oconee Locksmith may require written authorization, court documentation, law enforcement presence, sheriff\u2019s office involvement, or other proof before performing service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oconee Locksmith reserves the right to refuse or stop service if there is a dispute regarding access rights, occupancy, ownership, possession, tenancy, employment authority, or legal authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Evictions, Lockouts, and Law Enforcement Matters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oconee Locksmith does not provide legal advice and does not determine legal rights to possession or occupancy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For eviction-related services, Oconee Locksmith may require proper court documentation, sheriff\u2019s office involvement, law enforcement presence, or written authorization from a lawful authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oconee Locksmith reserves the right to refuse service if the requested work appears unlawful, unsafe, disputed, improperly documented, or outside the proper legal process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Safes, Cabinets, Mailboxes, Gates, and Specialty Locks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Specialty lock services may require additional verification, specialized tools, additional time, and additional fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Opening, drilling, bypassing, repairing, or replacing safe locks, cabinet locks, mailbox locks, gate locks, or specialty locks may cause cosmetic or functional damage depending on the condition and type of lock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oconee Locksmith will use reasonable care, but you acknowledge that some damage may be unavoidable when opening, drilling, bypassing, extracting, removing, or replacing certain locks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Hardware, Parts, and Materials<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parts and materials may be new, manufacturer-supplied, aftermarket, reconditioned, or equivalent replacement parts, depending on availability and the nature of the job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer and not by Oconee Locksmith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oconee Locksmith does not guarantee that any lock, key, deadbolt, safe, door hardware, or related product will prevent burglary, theft, vandalism, forced entry, unauthorized access, or property loss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Customer-Supplied Parts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you request that Oconee Locksmith install, rekey, repair, or use Customer-supplied parts, hardware, locks, keys, cylinders, electronic locks, or other materials, you agree that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oconee Locksmith is not responsible for the quality, compatibility, condition, legality, warranty, or performance of Customer-supplied parts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional labor charges may apply if the parts are defective, incorrect, incomplete, or incompatible;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oconee Locksmith may refuse to install unsafe, defective, illegal, damaged, or inappropriate parts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No warranty applies to Customer-supplied parts.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16. Limited Workmanship Warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless otherwise stated in writing, Oconee Locksmith provides a limited workmanship warranty for <strong>30 days<\/strong> from the date of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This limited warranty covers defects in our workmanship only. It does not cover:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customer-supplied parts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manufacturer defects;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Normal wear and tear;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abuse, misuse, tampering, vandalism, or forced entry;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weather damage;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Door settling, frame movement, hinge issues, alignment problems, or structural defects;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Electronic lock failure, battery failure, power failure, software issues, or programming issues not caused by our workmanship;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rekeying, repairs, or lock changes performed by another person after our service;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage caused by attempted break-ins or unauthorized repairs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pre-existing conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our sole obligation under this limited warranty is to correct covered workmanship issues. Oconee Locksmith does not provide refunds for properly completed services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">17. No Security Guarantee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Locksmith services may improve access control, but they do not guarantee security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You understand and agree that no lock, key, deadbolt, safe, door hardware, or related security product can completely prevent unauthorized entry, theft, burglary, vandalism, property damage, personal injury, or loss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oconee Locksmith is not an insurer of your property, vehicle, business, residence, safety, or security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the maximum extent permitted by South Carolina law, Oconee Locksmith\u2019s liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oconee Locksmith is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of use, loss of access, lost wages, missed appointments, towing charges, rental car charges, hotel costs, business interruption, theft, vandalism, unauthorized access, or damage caused by third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">19. Damage and Pre-Existing Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You agree that Oconee Locksmith is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Worn, corroded, broken, seized, or defective locks;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misaligned doors, frames, hinges, or strike plates;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior forced entry or attempted repairs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damaged weatherstripping;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brittle, aged, painted-over, or modified hardware;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Defective vehicle locking systems;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Electrical, software, alarm, anti-theft, or electronic failures unrelated to our workmanship;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poorly installed prior hardware;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Structural defects;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Existing cosmetic damage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oconee Locksmith will use reasonable care while performing service, but certain lockout, drilling, extraction, and repair procedures may involve unavoidable damage depending on the condition and type of lock or hardware.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">20. Right to Refuse Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oconee Locksmith may refuse, suspend, or terminate service for any lawful reason, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lack of proof of identity or authority;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unsafe conditions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Threatening, abusive, intoxicated, or disorderly conduct;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspected fraud or unlawful purpose;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disputes over ownership, tenancy, possession, or authority;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inability to access the work area safely;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hazardous weather or road conditions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nonpayment or prior payment issues;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requests outside our qualifications, insurance coverage, or business services;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requests involving alarm work, security-system work, monitoring, surveillance systems, or other services not offered by Oconee Locksmith.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">21. Customer Responsibility for Site Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer is responsible for providing safe access to the service location. This includes securing pets, clearing the work area, providing adequate lighting, disclosing hazards, and ensuring that the technician can perform the work safely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are responsible for damage, delay, or injury caused by unsafe conditions, undisclosed hazards, aggressive animals, hazardous materials, unstable structures, or third-party interference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">22. Photos, Documentation, and Records<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oconee Locksmith may document the service using photographs, work orders, invoices, identification verification, authorization forms, or notes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Such documentation may be used for business records, warranty review, payment disputes, legal compliance, fraud prevention, insurance matters, or law enforcement cooperation when legally required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oconee Locksmith will not knowingly publish private customer information without permission except as required by law or necessary to protect our legal rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">23. Privacy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oconee Locksmith may collect customer information such as name, phone number, email address, service address, vehicle information, payment information, identification verification, and service history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use this information to provide services, verify authorization, process payments, maintain business records, respond to disputes, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oconee Locksmith does not sell customer information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">24. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you dispute a payment, you agree to contact Oconee Locksmith first and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Improper chargebacks, disputed payments for completed services, or false claims of unauthorized transactions may result in collection action, recovery of fees, reporting to appropriate authorities, and refusal of future service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">25. Collections, Interest, and Attorney\u2019s Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If payment is not made when due, the Customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs of collection, including collection agency fees, court costs, attorney\u2019s fees, returned payment fees, and other expenses permitted by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unpaid balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by law or at the rate stated on the invoice, whichever is lower.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">26. Compliance With Laws<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer agrees not to request any service that violates federal, state, or local law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oconee Locksmith will make reasonable efforts to comply with applicable South Carolina laws, local ordinances, licensing requirements, registration requirements, insurance requirements, and professional standards applicable to the locksmith services we provide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a requested service requires a license, permit, inspection, authorization, law enforcement presence, sheriff\u2019s office involvement, or third-party approval that Oconee Locksmith does not provide, the Customer is responsible for obtaining such approval unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">27. No Legal Advice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oconee Locksmith does not provide legal advice regarding ownership, tenancy, eviction, repossession, marital property, business disputes, employee access, landlord-tenant rights, court orders, or property rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If there is a legal dispute about access, possession, ownership, tenancy, or authority, you should consult an attorney, law enforcement agency, sheriff\u2019s office, property manager, court official, or other appropriate authority before requesting locksmith services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">28. Governing Law and Venue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms and all services provided by Oconee Locksmith are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, our services, invoices, payments, warranties, or related claims shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in South Carolina, unless another venue is required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where legally permitted, venue shall be in or near Oconee County, South Carolina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The prevailing party in any collection action or legal proceeding may recover reasonable attorney\u2019s fees and costs to the extent permitted by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">29. Severability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">30. Entire Agreement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms, together with any written estimate, invoice, work order, authorization form, service agreement, or signed contract, constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Oconee Locksmith regarding the services provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement, the signed written agreement controls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">32.
